Export a backup file of all your vans, drivers and service records. On iPhone, tap Save to Files and choose iCloud Drive to keep it safe and access it from any device.

Note: Photos and documents are large files and are exported separately — use the Photos export button below.

Photos and documents are stored in your browser and can't be exported automatically. To keep them safe:

1. Go to each van's Photos tab and long-press/save any important photos to your Camera Roll
2. Your Camera Roll automatically syncs to iCloud Photos if you have it enabled
3. For documents, tap View on any document and use Share → Save to Files to put it in iCloud Drive
